- Billing data: plan status, subscription IDs, transaction references, customer portal links, and limited payment-provider metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
- Operational data: job status, processing logs, and error diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To process uploads, transcribe audio, render previews, and generate exports.
- To manage plan access, subscriptions, refund reviews, and payment support.
- To troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Legal Basis
We process information as necessary to provide the Service requested by users, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Retention
- Project files and job data are retained according to product retention settings and user actions (including pinned/locked behavior where enabled).
- Some logs may be retained for security and support diagnostics.

- We do not sell personal data.
- Payment processors and Merchant of Record providers may receive account, checkout, subscription, tax, and refund details needed to process payments and support billing.
- Data may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or to protect security and rights.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored data. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Do not upload sensitive or regulated data unless you are authorized and compliant with applicable laws.
- For uploaded fonts, you are responsible for legal usage rights.
8. Cookies and Sessions
The Service uses essential cookies/sessions for authentication, security, and app state. Disabling them can prevent core functionality.
We may keep aggregate request statistics for operations, such as normalized page paths and counts, without using anonymous session cookies as analytics identifiers. For signed-in accounts, limited account activity may be recorded for security, abuse prevention, support, and service administration.
